Please read these booking conditions carefully.

1. Booking the tour

To make a booking you can contact us directly over the telephone, e-mail or via our website Any booking made through implies that the person booking our tours accepts all policies stipulated in these General Conditions.

2. Payment policy 

Deposit payment (bank transfer or credit card payment) is required once the tour is selected and confirmed by both sides. If not agreed otherwise, 50% of total tour price (minimum of  €100 or equivalent) is requested within 14 days after tour confirmation, additional payment  latest 14 days prior to the tour start date. We accept payments in cash upon tour start date prior to earlier agreement. Please note that all payments made on a credit card (or final balances) will be subject to a credit card fee of 3%.
Deposit invoice is issued together with a booking summary. You are kindly requested to check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.

3. Price guarantee

All prices are in € per stated number of participants and include all services mentioned  in the tour itinerary. 
No surcharge in respect of costs or currency fluctuations will be made once the tour was confirmed.
Insurance is not part of the tour as well as items of a personal nature such as beverages, laundry, special food requests, etc. Meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included either and must be covered by the customer.

4. Booking changes

If you make a change to your existing booking or wish to change to a different tour or change tour date, we will try to make the changes subject to availability, provided that notification is received in writing latest 7 days prior to tour start date. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any costs imposed by the suppliers providing the components of the tour.

5. Special Requests

Dietary requirements or specific rooming arrangements will be considered at the time of booking.  We will inform, if  whether there is additional charge for the request.

6. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation charges are based on how many days before the tour date we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your booking:
45-31 days prior to tour date: 10% nonrefundable deposit
30-14 days prior to tour date: 50% of the tour price
13-8 days prior to tour date: 75% of the tour price
7-0 days prior to tour date: 90% of the tour price
Special deposit and cancellation terms may apply for some services, and if so, these will be supplied with booking confirmation. Unused services included in the tour price are not refundable.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about some arrangements, please inform your tour leader. If you are not happy with the response, please contact our office immediately (by phone) for assistance. 

8. Liability acts as an intermediary between the transportation companies, hotels and other contractors providing services and, as such, is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. will not be held responsible for additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents and natural diseases or any other factor beyond our control.
